  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend (or oregano)

  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend (or oregano)
  • 8 ounces spaghetti pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
