Ingredients

  • You Need: (yield: 2-3 servings)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (I used the rosemary flavoured oil I've mentioned earlier - it added to the taste)
  • 1/4 diced white onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz can (about 800m
  • L) diced plum totatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
