  • Spaghetti squash with herbs (baked or microwaved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs like basil, oregano, thyme
  • parmesan cheese
  • optional 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
