  • 3 medium-sized spring onions
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 7 oz
  • 200 g (7 oz) prawns (washed and cleaned)
  • 200 g (7 oz) spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons single cream
  • 2 glasses of good white wine
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
