Having had such success this week with my Vegan Spicy Chicken Enchilada Soup with Homemade Red Enchilada Sauce – for the Slow Cooker or Stove Top (seen just above) – I decided to make another slow cooker soup with them

The sauce is very spicy, so be careful with the cayenne powder. To make these vegan sweet potato and blackbean enchiladas you don’t need to buy expensive products, all the ingredients are cheap and really easy to get, except maybe the vegan cheese, but it’s optional and you can also use our vegan cheese recipe, it’s made with potatoes and carrots and it tastes like real cheese
My hips don't lie and neither does this spicyblackbean dip. My Scottish-Norwegian forefathers were not exactly known for their hip swivels and spicy food, but here we are
