  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 16 oz Jar Prepared Salsa (I use a Medium Spiced, Chunky Garden Style Salsa)
  • 1 6 oz can Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 2 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 c Vegetable Stock or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Refried Beans
  • 1 c Vegetable Broth
  • 1 c Whole Kernel Corn
  • 24 oz Spicy V-8 Juice
