Garam masala - 1tsp (optional). - add in green chillies, onion, and curry leaves cook for 2 mins till translucent. - Next add boiled eggs, and 1/2 cup water again close the lid and cook for 5-10 mins in medium flame. - Add in coriander leaves, and cook for 5 more mins till the masalas coat the egg well
