  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil -
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1. Boil the dry egg noodles until aldente. Drain and set aside
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  • 3. In a wok, heat the sunflower and sesame oil. Sauté the
  • garlic and onions, then add the Crab meat, shrimps, sprouted mongo, ground black pepper, and the sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 2 minutes
  • 4. Toss in the noodles and remove from fire.
  • Serve and enjoy
