In a bowl whisk together the chicken broth, honey and soy sauce. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and add them to the pan in a single layer - you may need to do this step in batches

In a separate, medium sized bowl, combine the minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano and parsley, and stir them together until the ingredients are evenly incorporated
Sprinkle spice mixture generously on both sides of chicken breasts. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and parsley. For extra spicychicken increase amount of cayenne pepper in flour mixture. Add chicken to buttermilk, pepper, garlic mix and stir so that chicken is well coated
