Ingredients

  • 20 minutes | Cooking time:
  • 30-40 minutes
  • 250 grams Tomato
  • 2 small chopped
  • 1 finely chopped
  • 3 nos chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped finely
  • 1 cup leaves seperated from stem, washed and coarsely chopped.Ginger-Garlic paste:
  • 3 tsps
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 inch piece
  • 2- 3 tsps
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2.5-3 tbsps
  • 1. Place a cooker on the fire and pour oil into it
  • 2. Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, add
  • 3. Add the minced meat, mix well to incorporate the meat well into the masala
  • 4. Add enough hot water to just cover the minced meat mixture by an inch
