Ingredients

  • 4 medium size potatoes ( ~ 500 grams) peeled and cut into small cubes
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp tomatoe paste
  • a handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
