Ingredients

  • Ingredients (2-3 servings)
  • 250 g fish (Tuna or some big/firm fish is better)
  • 2 tablspn Red chilly powder
  • 1 tablspn black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2-3 pieces Goraka(gamboge) or tarmarind pulp 1 tspn Sliced onion (1/2 of a medium sized onion)
  • Salt to taste
