Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped shallots
  • 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 3-4 red chillies
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 tbsp of
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 -2 tsp powdered jaggery
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
