  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic - Minced
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach - Chopped / Stems trimmed
  • 10 Fresh Basil Leaves - Chopped
  • 2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs for wash
