Ingredients

  • 100 g wild mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped finely
  • 100 g spinach
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 egg whites
  • 80 g lighter soft cheese
  • 60 g self-raising flour
  • 2 tbsp soured cream
  • 80 g hard cheese, grated, like a vegetarian Manchego
  • 170 g lighert soft cheese
