Author: Megan Recipe type: Salad Serves: 4 salads Ingredients 1 recipe Honey Mustard Pretzel Crusted Chicken Bites Strawberry Dijon Dressing:
  • ¼ cup honey mustard 2 tablespoons honey* ½ heaping cup diced strawberries Salad: 6 large zucchinis, spiralized 1 cup sliced strawberries ½ cup crumbled blue cheese 1 avocado, sliced thin 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Instructions Chicken: Prepare the chicken according to the instructions. Dressing: Add the dijon mustard, honey and strawberries to a blender. Mix until berries are pureed and mixture is completely combined. Salad: In a large bowl, toss the zucchini noodles with the strawberry dressing. Divide the zucchini between 4 bowls. In rows (if you wish for a true cobb salad), add the strawberries, blue cheese, cooked chicken, sliced avocado and crumbled bacon. Serve immediately. Notes *Can reduce honey to 1 tablespoon if strawberries are really sweet 3.3.2998
