  • 2 cups baby spring salad mix
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, whole or sliced
  • 1/4 cup spring peas
  • 2 asparagus stalks
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, such as Mallie Olives with Herbes de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt + pepper to taste
