Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sprouted mung beans
  • 1/4 cup sprouted methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 chopped green capsicum
  • 1 tomato chopped or puree
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • big piece of ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp of cumin and coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 tsp of oil
