Ingredients

  • 1 large (Banana Blossom)
  • 1 Onion (finely sliced
  • (1/2 tbsp Chilies Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Chilies Pieces
  • ½ teaspoon Sri Lankan ground masala or Indian garam masala
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut milk
  • 1-2 green chilies sliced
  • 5-6 Curry leaves (optional)
  • Salt to Taste
  • 110 grams grated Jaggery
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • few strands of saffron
  • Cashew nuts for garnish
