Ingredients

  • 6 medium size
  • 2 t Oil
  • 250 g Streaky Bacon, chopped
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped finely
  • 750 g Tenderised Steak, cubed (or any other stewing beef)
  • 150 ml Beef Stock
  • 150 ml Beer
  • 1/2 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 t Dried Thyme
  • 1 t Celery Salt
  • 3 TB Cornflour
  • 1 Roll Frozen Puff Pastry, defrosted
  • 1 Egg, beaten
