Ingredients

  • 7 grams active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 255 grams plain flour (sifted twice)
  • 220 grams cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 120 ml chicken stock
  • 400 gram of diced BBQ pork (store-bought or homemade)
