Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp adzuki beans, coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 lbs cod cheeks, cut into halves
  • 1 inch ginger slivered
  • 6 scallions, thinly diagonally sliced
  • 8 minutes Sprinkle with the scallions and serve with vermicelli noodles
