  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  •  
  • For Filling
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 5 mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Oil for frying
