  • 4 medium onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Bay leaf (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) red wine
  • 200 ml / (3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoons) white wine
