Ingredients

  • STICKY BLOOD ORANGE CHICKEN WITH ASIAN GREENS
  • 8 chicken thighs with the skin off
  • 1 large knob of ginger, approximately thumb size, grated
  • 1 bunch of Chinese broccoli
  • 1 bunch of baby choysum
  • 3 baby bok choy
  • 1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
  • Juice of a blood orange
  • 1 tablespoon of breakfast marmalade
