Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables with Rice Vermicelli/Ρυζομακάρονα με λαχανικά, κοτόπουλο και γαρίδες


  • we need
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 in cubes
  • 6 cups frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, baby corn, red bell peppers, string beans, mushrooms, water chestnuts)
  • 1 cup frozen cocktail shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb pkg rice vermicelli
  • Garlic powder, Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Soya sauce
  • Sriracha sauce, to taste (hot chili sauce)
