It’s been a long time since I’ve done some freestyle so here we are let’s make some stirfried beef. Beef is usually my first choice of ingredient when it comes to free style stirfrying because when they’re done right it tastes amazing
In my green grocers they has some mixed mushrooms which was really nice for a change, my favourite will always be chestnut mushrooms as they are meaty and earthy
I think I had already mentioned before that I love to learn different ways to cook mussels as I don’t know a lot of recipes that uses these wonderful sea creatures
I love the smell of kaffir lime leaves in food, but the problem of all these were they always asked me to pick the leaves in the most creepy eveningand the one and only kaffir lime tree in our area was in an eerily spooky garden of an abandon garage
