Heat up the oil in a wok, stirfry the seasoned beef in two batches so it doesn't got soggy. And then once your items are prepped, choose to cook something that is super quick like a stirfry
Stir, then remove meat to a separate bowl. Well cabbage will keep in the fridge for weeks, and I always have frozen Costco grass-fed organic beef on hand
