Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 cup of tap water
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 2/3 cup of whipping cream
  • 1 store bought graham cracker crumb crust. You can also use chocolate crumb crust.
