My husband loved this dessert. I made it with white chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla and used extra creamy cool whip. Also made some in individual dessert bowls.
Put all the ingredients except the strawberry, into a bowl. Frost the top of the cake with butter cream, top with the rest of the chopped strawberry, and sprinkle the icing sugar over the cake
