  • 1-1/2 cup Crisco (vegetable Shortening)
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 5 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut into small ½ inch chunks
  • 3 cups strawberries, cut into small ½ inch chunks
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
