Ingredients

  • 6 Plump Figs
  • A Couple of Tablespoons Chilli Jelly, see note above
  • 75 g Crumbly Goats Cheese
  • 6 Slices of Prosciutto, or similar
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • 25 g Pine Nuts
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper and Sea Salt, to taste
  • 100 g Bag Baby Salad Leaves
  • Bread, to serve- see note above
