Oooh these are tasty. No, they're too good for kids. I've not tried freezing them yet but if they're anything like my other muffin recipes, they will freeze fantastically
A great way to not need to add sugar or reduce sugar in baked goods is to use fruit. Not only will your child probably wolf them down but also parents think they're pretty good too

I've made some minor changes to make them gluten freeand refined sugarfree by using plum jam made with stevia and agave and my favourite gluten free flour

Stir in milk, egg, and butter, beating only enough to blend. Stir in raisins and nuts, of desired. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until muffins test done. 1 cup sugar
