Place the cake in the oven and fill the baking sheet with hot water. Combine fresh or frozen berries/fruit, sweetener of choice to taste and simmer until thickened
Pour enough hot water in the pan to come halfway to the side of the springform pan. We're glad there are so many delicious sugarfree and glutenfree foods to enjoy, so we don't have to give up our love of dessert

The first step is to make your flax eggs. Mix 4 tablespoons ground flax seeds or chia seeds with 12 tablespoons of water in a small bowl,stir and set aside until fully incorporated
Cool and then ice with banana cream icing (recipe below). Beat on low for about 45 seconds until creamy and smooth. 225 calories, 6 g carbs, 2 g fiber (4 g net carbs), 22 g fat, 5 g protein 1 C almond flour
Cool and enjoy with whipped cream or frozenyogurt. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bean flour, almond flour, splenda or sugar of choice, applesauce and vanilla

The ingredient used to replace regular wheat pasta in my recipe was Palmini Linguine Noodles (made from hearts of palm), which I purchased on Amazon (see photosbelow)
Note though that doing so will add carbs to the recipe and it may effect the texture. 20 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute or 1 1/4 cups Splenda granular
It was even better than I'd hoped, though not as pretty as I planned because I was having company and cooking/photographing a bunch of other recipes to share with you guys this week
