  • ½ lb bacon
  • 11 pkg cocktail franks
  • 1½ cup brown sugar
  • 1¼-1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 small wooden skewersPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 1 Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap each ⅓ piece of bacon around a cocktail frank. Secure bacon with skewer. Repeat until all bacon is used.
  • 1 Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 1 Bake 20-30 minutes, or until sugar is melted and bacon is browned and crisp
  • 1 Variable servings (approx 24-36 franks will be made)
