My recipe makes two medium-large cookies and is free of wheat and refinedsugars. Incredibly easy and free of refined ingredients, these cookies are perfect for breakfast or snacking
I’m not sure why, but I just knew that my pudding would taste delicious as a frosting on this cake, and it is — it’s all soft and gooey in all the right ways, and it absorbs into cake in the center quite nicely if you layer your cake

Of course I can’t really entirely take credit for that since I adapted the recipe from an age old established classic, but it goes to show that there’s no reason why a gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free version can’t be just as good {or even better} than the traditional stuff
{Gluten-Free, Vegan, RefinedSugar-Free}. Although it looks like it’s topped with powdered sugar, I actually dusted the cake with some powdered coconut milk — it looked wonderful and tasted delicious, and nobody would know it’s refinedsugar-free
