  • 1 apple, choppped
  • 1 bell pepper (yellow or orange), chopped
  • 2 hardboiled eggs, sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons nuts/seeds (I used sliced almonds)
  • 1 smallish/mediumish avocado
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 30- 1 bite cherry Lara Bar, 1 strip beef jerky, cucumbers
