of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
10 dashes of hot sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add sun-driedtomatoes and oregano and stir until combined. Let thicken 2 minutes, then stir in tomato paste, Parmesan, and cream cheese and stir until combined and warmed through
Add Tomatoes and salt. Tomatoes - 2 (medium). I am a big fan of Coriander leaves / cilantro. This chutney is a very simple and flavourful side for idli, Dosa, Pesarattu or Kichadi
