Ingredients

  • 4 servings

  • Crumbs (pulverize in food processor)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup panko
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 pickerel filet (cut into finger sized pieces)

  • Dip
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp Old Bay
  • 4 egg yolks (note: if you are nursing or pregnant coddle the egg yolks or wait for a few months to try the dip)
  • 1 cup oil
