TOPPINGS 1 package John Morrell pepperoni 3 Italian sausages, cooked and crumbled 1 can Contadina tomato paste with basil and oregano 1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced1 large bunch green onions, thinly sliced including the majority of the tops6 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 Roma tomato, diced small2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese2/3 cup grated provolone cheese2/3 cup grated Romano cheeseExtra light olive oilWhisk together the tomato paste, garlic and 1 teaspoon olive oil to make the sauce
