Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Tbls. olive oil
  • Montreal seasoning to season the chicken
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 big bunch broccoli (about 2 cups), cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 24 oz alfredo sauce (homemade or store bought)
  • 2-3 Tbls. sundried tomatoes, rinsed and chopped fine
  • 1 lb penne or farfalle pasta
  • Grated parmesan cheese to garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
