Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, tops cut off and hollowed out
  • 2 c plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

  • 1-2 small limes
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 c plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 package low fat cream cheese (room temp)
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, mostly drained
  • 3 c raw spinach
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 350 degrees Then, chop the spinach and saute it in a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drain the can of artichoke hearts almost all the way. The juice has some good flavor you don’t want to miss out on! Then, chop up the artichoke hearts to whatever size you want. Mine were chopped pretty small.
