Then, chop the spinach and saute it in a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drain the can of artichoke hearts almost all the way. The juice has some good flavor you don’t want to miss out on! Then, chop up the artichoke hearts to whatever size you want. Mine were chopped pretty small.
