Because this bread turned out to be so soft and fluffy. But my hunger quest for bread making didn't end there, i couldn't stop baking my own bread which led me to bake my very own Sweet Milk Bread

Add the condensedmilk and mix well. All purpose flour - 1 1/3 cups. Sugar - 3/4 cup. Unsalted Butter - 2 sticks (1 cup). Sweetened condensedmilk - 1 cup. Eggs - 2. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 30 - 35 mins till a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. 1 1/3 cups 2. Sugar - 3/4 cup 3. Unsalted Butter - 2 sticks (1 cup)
Interestingly, these buns are denser and cake-like with sweet nutty flavours. Sadly, it is not Spring now in Australia but this doesn't mean I can't make pretty Chinese flower steamed buns to celebrate my Chinese New Year and these beautiful soft and silky milk flower buns (牛奶花卷) are exactly what I'm after
