  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 medjool dates chopped
