Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbs) rack of baby back pork ribs (also referred to as pork loin back ribs)
  • Marinade
  • 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp minced pineapple
  • with juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 hours then unfold the foil and broil for
  • 5 minutes Flip the ribs over and broil for another
  • 5 minutes Cut the ribs into single portions, place on a serving platter and serve warm
