Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash
  • 5 along with free radical scavenging manganese
  • 4 large salad

  • 8 side salad
  • 3 cups raw butter
  • 1 cm cubes
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup green lentils
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 fall apples
  • 8 oz baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 minutes
