Ingredients

  • 1 package (8.5 ounces) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 11/2 cup milk
  • 12 eggs, well beaten
  • 11 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 11 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 11 cup sour cream
  • 12/3 cup sugar
  • 11/2 cup butter, meltedIn a large bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and sugar. Stir together until combined. 
  • 1 Add butter and stir.
  • 1 Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and bake in a 350 F oven for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden and set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
