Ingredients

  • 11 oz.) cans of sweet corn- drained (or you can use fresh corn, cut from the cob)
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 350 degrees and spray
  • 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
