Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Add more to taste, I love cinnamon and the health benefits!)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
