Ingredients

  • 12 cupcakes
  • 1 cup Eggs –
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla extract – 1 tsp Lemon/lime juice – 1 tbsp Strawberry puree – 1/3 cup (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup, softened
  • 1-2 tbsp (or as needed)
  • 3 cups ice cream
  • 3-4 sprigs
  • 1 lb Water – 1/4 cup Sugar – 3-4 tbsp (depending on the sweetness of the berries)
